The agreement offers to loan the borrower a substantial sum of money and charge 2% interest on the loan repayments.
The document is purportedly signed by “Lawyer Menear Saw” of “Advocates Menear Saw Solicitors” at 110-114 Norman Road, Norman House, London, SE10 9EH.
The SRA does not regulate or authorise a firm called Advocates Menear Saw Solicitors at 110-114 Norman Road, Norman House, London, SE10 9EH.
Any business or transactions through “Lawyer Menear Saw” and/or “Advocates Menear Saw Solicitors” at 110-114 Norman Road, Norman House, London, SE10 9EH using the telephone number 00 44 77 000 071 29 are not undertaken by a solicitor’s practice or an individual authorised or regulated by the SRA.
The address used in the fraud 1st Floor, 110-114 Norman House, Norman Road, London, SE10 9EH is in fact the address for genuine law firm Grant Saw Solicitors LLP.
