Hoowla has enabled Baker Ashley to provide a digital solution for their clients, from sending out the client care pack, correspondence, auto-populated letters and documents via email to inviting clients to track the progress on their case online through Hoowla.

This has increased efficiency, by reducing the need to post letters, and decreased time needed to manual draft letters, giving them a streamlined process from case instruction to post completion. Hoowla also enables clients, and introducers, such as mortgage brokers and estate agents to log in and track the progress of the case.
