Keoghs Conveyancing shortlisted for LFS Award

Keoghs Conveyancing it pleased to announce it has been shortlisted for the North West Regional Conveyancer of the Year Award by Law Firm Services Limited.

Just eight months after its inception, the nomination recognised the overall development of the department, as well as its use of technology, staff training and protection against fraud.

In addition to membership of the Conveyancing Association, the shortlist follows accreditations from both the Law Society for CQS and the Lender Exchange and is the most recent in the growing number of credits for the emerging team.

Having played an instrumental role in establishing the department, Tom Bridge, Keoghs Director of Conveyancing, expressed his delight with the nomination, stating:

“This is further evidence of Keoghs Conveyancing’s growing reputation in the market and amongst those seeking a reliable, cost-effective service which removes a lot of the stress around property transactions. I’m very proud to have built a fantastic team in such a short space of time and this nomination is testament to the hard work of everybody involved.”
