Winner! Searches UK's Managing Director, Andrew Stenning is Entrepreneur of the Year

Searches UK are absolutely thrilled to announce their Managing Director, Andrew Stenning, was declared as Entrepreneur of the Year at The Sussex Business Awards on 3rd December.

The Sussex Business Awards was a show stopping event drawing businesses from across the county to celebrate their triumphs and successes. Amongst the award winners was Andrew Stenning who was recognised for his business acumen and commitment to growing thriving business relationships with professionals in his industry.

The awards ceremony took place in Brighton at The Grand Hotel with entertainment from magician Matthew McGurk and Paul Sinha from ITV’s The Chase. A charity raffle helped raise money for The Argus Appeal and some of the main sponsors included Checkaprofessional.com, Thomas Eggar, Sussex Chamber of Commerce and Wealden District Council.

He successfully overcame the housing market crash in 2008 and in 2009 strategically changed his client base to solicitors and conveyancers when the Coalition Government scrapped Home Information Packs (HIPs) which accounted for 95% of his business at the time.
