An established legal services Company Countrywide Tax and Trust Corporation LTD (CTTC) is based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire and they are seeking a permanent full time experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer. Applications are also welcomed from those who wish to work on a part time basis to join our busy and rapidly expanding Conveyancing Department.

As the company holds the status of a Tax and Trust Corporation, Conveyancers will note that this allows for improved efficiency when applying for Grants of Probate and Trust work. In addition, clients are also provided with extra protection due to the share capital held by the company. Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation Ltd (CTTC Ltd) is part of a group of companies and provides Legal Services, Probate, Professional Executor and Trustee services and expertly providing advice in all aspects of Estate Planning and Asset Protection.

Sounds good? What will you be doing?

Handling a mixed caseload of residential property sales and purchases, including unregistered properties, Freehold & Leasehold and dealing with external solicitors, advisors and Estate Agents, you will be working alongside 2 qualified Conveyancers and a team of 6 support staff.

What experience do you need?

You should have a minimum of 4 years PQE and be able to handle a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing.  You will be able to work unsupervised and to manage your own caseload which will consist of sale and purchase transactions of trust properties. A knowledge of trusts would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
