Marketing for conveyancers

Still in the pink

One year on and STL are still in the pink. The support from InfoTrack has allowed them to surpass all expectations both financially and operationally.

Innovation

Over the course of the last 12 months STL has exceeded their reputation as the innovative force in the industry. Developments include a raft of new products, a significantly improved mapping system, a pioneering hazard alert, a re-engineered order management system and the migration to cloud based technology.

A huge recruitment drive has brought on board over 40 new employees in 12 months, a number of whom are industry specialists. This renewed focus, especially in the sales team, has been a resounding success resulting in a massive 20% increase in customers.

Integration

STL leads the way in developing beautifully integrated systems to better inform conveyancing professionals and their clients. Their Regulated Local Authority Search (RLAS) continues to be the product to which all other providers aspire. The unique and fully automated production system ensures that data is delivered as quickly as possible, in a format that is as easy to read as possible, saving conveyancing professionals as much time as possible.

The “Summary for conveyancers” and “Information for buyers” were designed with conveyancing professionals to ensure they were giving help where help was needed. They have been live for two years and have been a resounding success.

CEO, Alan Thorogood says: “We have had a phenomenal 12 months and it doesn’t stop here, we have only just started.”
