Speaker at key conveyancing conference reveals rebrand

A leading national provider of client feedback, set to present at this year’s Law Firm Services Conveyancing Conference sponsored by Groundsure, has revealed that it has rebranded.

Shopper Anonymous has announced that its rebrand to insight6 aligns the business to ensure it totally represents its full product offer of Client Experience (CX) tools and support which it delivers to over 1200 UK businesses.

insight6 partners a number of legal practices within the UK and Ireland to provide CX reviews, live feedback and training to ensure clients are receiving the best end to end customer experience possible.

Research also showed that there was further need to support businesses locally so each insight6 Customer Experience Director has their own region in which they have built up a tremendous amount of local knowledge.

Explaining the reasoning behind the rebrand was Jonathan Winchester. The CEO of insight6 also highlighted what he’d be discussing during the conference, stating: “Our customers spoke, and we listened. Our brand needed to better reflect how we behave and what we deliver. Without doubt, this is the most exciting time of our development since we started the business over 20 years ago.

“We took this opportunity to rethink not just our name, but our entire brand. We are proud to be ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry, and our new brand identity, insight6, will now illustrate just how far the company has come. We shall continue to put our customers first and listen to what they need as well as being ahead of the CX development curve.”

“At the LFS Conference, I am looking forward to sharing our new six-step plan to helping practices improve their client experience through customer experience reviews, live feedback, and training. I will also be sharing an overview of the client feedback findings from the LFS awards feedback programme.”

Jonathan is one of a number of experts set to appear at this year’s LFS Conference, with other key industry figures including Matt Prior from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, leading economist Roger Martin-Fagg and Stephen Ward of the CLC.
