SearchFlow’s new Quote Referral System helps lawyers to digitally capture conveyancing leads
SearchFlow, the UK’s leading conveyancing search solutions provider, has today launched its redesigned Quote Referral System (QRS), which gives property lawyers a simple way to quickly capture and respond to quotation requests or referrals for new conveyancing business.
QRS gives property lawyers a quotation and referral dashboard that seamlessly integrates with the new SearchFlow ordering platform. It is designed to manage the entire quotation or inbound referral process for lawyers, from issuing branded and bespoke quotes, to receiving instructions from clients, third-parties or panels.
There is also a white-labelled QRS online tool that solicitors or estate agents can add to their website, which allows consumers to enter their own details, in order to request a conveyancing quote.
By using QRS, homebuyers and sellers are able to provide details of the transaction to their conveyancer, such as whether it is a sale, purchase or remortgage, if the property is leasehold or freehold, the sale price and contact information. This data is then automatically added to the SearchFlow ordering platform, enabling solicitors to issue quotes, chases and manage subsequent instructions.
Kris Clark, Head of Product and Interim Head of Operations for SearchFlow, said: “Providing quotes for services or receiving referrals from third parties can often be a time-consuming process. Our new consolidated Quote Referral System allows lawyers to efficiently manage the whole quotation process from one place, and enables them to capitalise on every opportunity as quickly and efficiently as possible.”
“QRS offers simple set-up and self-administration with the ability to support as many fee structures as each business needs. Plus, the seamless integration with the SearchFlow ordering platform means all quotes are automatically converted into a draft case, ready for you to order the conveyancing products when you are ready to proceed.”
The new version of QRS has been developed with suggestions and feedback from SearchFlow’s frequent Customer Focus Groups, and is built on the solid foundations of the original ETSOS QRS, which was acquired by Landmark Information Group in 2015. It continues to provide all of the original innovative functionality that ETSOS used to spearhead lead generation and case referrals in the conveyancing market from 2011 onwards, whilst using new technologies to better integrate and streamline the acceptance of quotes and ordering processes.
This is the first of a series of imminent product launches planned from SearchFlow in 2018, details of which will be released in coming weeks.
With more than one million conveyancing searches run every year for over 2,500 legal clients across England and Wales, SearchFlow is regarded as one of the leading providers of comprehensive searches, surveys, identity checks and conveyancing insurance solutions.
