SearchFlow Wins Silver At The Customer Experience Awards 2019
SearchFlow – the UK’s leading provider of conveyancing search solutions and legal reports – has won a Silver award at the prestigious UK Customer Experience (CXA) awards, for its work in implementing notable customer experience initiatives that have delivered significant advantages to its legal clients in the professional services industry.
The Silver Professional Services award follows SearchFlow’s success in the 2018 CXAs where the business was awarded a Gold and Silver award for its focus on service delivery and transforming the overall experience it provides to its property lawyer and conveyancing clients.
Now in its tenth year, the CXAs were held on 10 October at London’s Wembley Stadium, and the spectacular gala event recognises and rewards inspiring organisations that are delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Hosted by Awards International, the awards were attended by over 900 people and SearchFlow was recognised among many blue-chip, national brands. The winners were selected by a panel of independent judges made up of business professionals from across the UK, and the awards are accredited with the Gold Standard Awards Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council.
