SearchFlow shortlisted for supplier of the year award for its delivery of legal services

SearchFlow, property intelligence specialists, has been shortlisted as Supplier of the Year for The British Legal Awards 2016.

The award ceremony will take place on 24th November in London and celebrates achievement, excellence and innovation in the legal profession. The Supplier of the Year award recognises the contribution suppliers make to improving delivery of legal services.

SearchFlow, the market-leading provider of conveyancing search solutions, has been shortlisted for its Portfolio service which puts an end to conveyancers manually processing multiple orders, and offers the quickest and most efficient way to simultaneously manage all the necessary searches for a large property portfolio.

Since a new management team was put in place a year ago, a series of products and tools utilising the latest technological advancements have been rolled out, helping to automate and streamline the conveyancing process.

SearchFlow’s Portfolio Service encompasses many of the enhanced products and tools with a bespoke service offering, exemplifying our commitment to delivering an innovative, cost effective and professional service and enabling our customers to readily outsource greater aspects of their work.

Tim Field, Partner, DLA Piper, comments on the benefits of the Portfolio service for his firm; “We simply supplied our dedicated helpdesk contact with the addresses of the properties in the portfolio and the searches required and they took care of the rest. SearchFlow undertook the process of entering, mapping and submitting searches for all properties. The time and cost saving for this aspect of the process alone is hugely significant to our business.  The Portfolio Monitor and fully automated report, which is issued daily, gives us full visibility of the work undertaken and any issues that have been highlighted. This level of transparency gives us the confidence that we can outsource this aspect of the conveyancing process, knowing that we will be kept fully abreast of any developments.”
