Andrew Stenning, Managing Director of leading search specialists Searches UK, is delighted to have been asked to judge this year’s Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, which are taking place in July this year.
Judges have been asked to review each category, including Conveyancing Firm of the Year, Property Team of the Year, Rising Star of the Year and the sought-after Lifetime Achievement Award along with many others.
Having accrued a wealth of experience in the conveyancing sector, both as an estate agent and a practice manager for a law firm in Sussex specialising in commercial and residential conveyancing, Andrew set up Searches UK in 2008 to provide solicitors and conveyancers with a unique standard of service and care. Searches UK is now regarded as one of the leading search providers in England and Wales and was recently acquired by Fitzalan Partners, a NAHL Group PLC company. To praise his energy and determination Andrew also won Entrepreneur of the Year at the Sussex Business Awards in 2015.
The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards seek to identify and highlight the sparkling talent, innovation and quality which can be found in abundance in the conveyancing arena. The winners of each award are carefully determined by an expert panel of judges who have a wealth of experience in this sector.
Andrew’s fellow judges include, among others, Jonathan Smithers, President of the Law Society & Partner at Cooper Burnett Solicitors; Sheila Kumar, Chief Executive of the Council for Licenced Conveyancers; Simon Law, Chairman of the Society of Licenced Conveyancers & Head of Legal Practice at DC Law; and Rob Hailstone, Founder of the Bold Legal Group.
