This year marks the 15th birthday of the Yorkshire Legal Awards which celebrates and rewards excellence in the legal industry.
Searches UK will attend the prestigious event, being held on Thursday 22nd October 2015 at the New Dock Hall in Leeds, and is proud to sponsor The Enterprise Award.
The award will praise a firm or individual for their initiative, innovation and achievements within their sphere of practice, in addition to applauding dedication to clients and recognition from colleagues.

In the running for this year’s award is Simpson Millar LLP, Simon B Halliwell of Construction Law Expert Limited and Kher Solicitors. Last year’s winner was Emma Brooksbank of Henry Hyams, a firm that have gone on to be nominated for the Family Law Award at this year’s event.
Attracting more than 500 guests from top law firms in Yorkshire, other categories include the Residential Property Award, Commercial Property Award and Chambers of the Year, to name but a few.
Experts across the industry have been carefully selected to form the judging panel of 9, to ensure a fair and objective outcome for the award winners. All judges have generously volunteered their time to review the categories and include Marilyn Stowe from Stowe Family Law, who is Chair of the Judging Panel, Alistair MacDonald QC of New Park Court Chambers and David Wright of MKB Solicitors.
