Q&A: Driving and Adapting to Change, Central London, Thursday 23rd April
Why should I attend?
This national CPD conference will help decision makers at conveyancing firms manage issues that are seemingly outside of your control – as well as revealing proactive steps that you can take to get ahead of the competition and secure your firm’s success in the months and years to come.
What will I get out of it?
Each session will give you at least 3 quick wins – small changes that will make big differences to your firm. Featured amongst our stellar line-up of industry experts is Chris Harris.
Haven’t I heard of Chris before?
Quite possibly – Chris actually created Today’s Conveyancer! He is a solicitor who previously worked as the legal services director at a large panel management business for over 10 years. More recently, Chris has provided consultancy services to businesses on all sides of the conveyancing industry and created the risk management service Lawyer Checker.
You won’t want to miss him discussing how to manage risk in a property transaction from consumer, conveyancer and lender perspectives.
Sounds interesting – what other topics are being covered?
We’ve listened to feedback from conveyancers and have designed a conference that aims to give you what you need to know. As such, the sessions will cover:
- Consumer expectations with Nicky Stevenson from The Property Academy.
- Changes in legal services with Neil Rose from Legal Futures.
- Reputation management with Dan Hare from Communigator.
- How to convert new business with Professor Ian Cooper.
- Attracting and retaining talent with Victor Olowe from Winzest Consulting.
- Future of Legal Technology (Keynote) with Charles Christian from Legal IT Insider.
Each session will also be followed by a Q&A which gives you the chance to join the discussion and develop your understanding with your peers AND there’s a panel discussion at the end of the day where some key players in the industry will offer their views on the future of the legal sector.
Great – but there’s no such thing as a free lunch, is there?
Well, actually there is a free lunch and it will also be free to attend. We will also give you 5 CPD points for attending as well as lots of practical key learnings that you can apply to your firm.
