Each year, the market leading conveyancing search provider give their clients the opportunity to have their say and provide feedback on the service they receive from PSG. This year, for the second time running an impressive 100% of customers said that they would recommend PSG to an industry colleague.
Over 2,000 clients across England and Wales are invited to complete the short online survey which allows them to share their opinions on all aspects of the search providers’ service and delivery and shows PSG just where they are ticking the boxes when it comes to customer care.
Some of the highlights include:
- 100% of customers who responded would recommend PSG
- 99% of customers rated PSG ‘Excellent’ or ‘Good’ for the quality of their searches
- 98% rated PSG “Excellent” or “Good” for delivery of service and ease of ordering
- More than half of customers now order online via www.psgconnect.co.uk
- 99% of customers that use PSG Connect rated it “Excellent” or “Good” for the range of products available
- 98% rated PSG Connect “Excellent” or “Good” for its overall user experience

The questionnaire also included a prize draw which all entrants are entered into, this year’s prize of an iPad mini was won by Ruth Stearstree of Amity Conveyancing in Manchester. Congratulations Ruth!
