The PCCB (Property Codes Compliance Board), the regulatory arm of COPSO (Council of Property Search Organisations) have appointed Anne Lucking Managing Director of Index Property Information Limited as a new director on their board.

Having been a conveyancer for many years and now been in the search industry for over 15 years I hope my wealth of knowledge will serve the PCCB well in moving forward and helping the industry to grow from strength to strength in this ever changing property landscape.
My main aim is to ensure that the PCCB are seen as an important industry standard and something all conveyancers can ensure means quality and accuracy which has always been at the heart of what we do at Index.”
