What is COMPLETIONmonitor?
Part of the legal risk software house Lexsure, COMPLETIONmonitor is a highly innovative, online checklist for conveyancers. Its purpose is to identify risks and potential legal issues, for both pre- and post- completion, on a property transaction.
COMPLETIONmonitor recently partnered with AmTrust Europe Limited, an ‘A’ rated insurance company, to link the use of risk mitigation software with lower expenditure on professional indemnity premiums for law firms.
