BCL Legal is offering a completely free recruitment services for employers and graduates.
Employers can sign up and create a profile of their firm, search candidates and then invite them for interview.
BCL wanted to introduce a simple to use and accessible platform to help graduates find their first job.
The site has only been soft launched so far but already has 225 candidates registered.
Azara Roger, conveyancing consultant at BCL Legal said: "We have witnessed a resurgence within residential property this year but many law firms have struggled to find staff as many conveyancers left the sector in the downturn.
“Now that the market has improved, BCL Graduates offers firms a cost effective way of hiring graduates who they can invest in through training and development who will ultimately fill the skill gaps that the recession created.”
James Batt, director of BCL Legal said: “We know that it can be tough for graduates to secure their first position so we wanted to devise a simple to use and accessible platform to help them.
"We also wanted to give something back to all the law firms around the UK that have made BCL Legal a success over the past nine years.
“This seemed like the ideal service as it enables law firms and graduates to connect. “It will also save on marketing and recruitment spends which can only be a good thing in such challenging times."
BCL Legal offer a referral scheme. If you recommend any of your friends who are not already registered with BCL Legal, you will receive a £50 voucher if they are placed in a permanent position.
