New Business award for Index Property

Kate Bould has won a New Business Woman of the Year Award for her business, Index Property Information.

She had just been operating from her new West Midlands office for a month when Banbury Women in Business presented her with the award, following a nomination by one of her clients.

Kate is a woman of many parts. She started out as a legal secretary with Pinsents, and worked in the heady days of 1980s advertising with Saatchi and Saatchi, before moving to the USA.

There she set up her own property company, River Delta Properties. She won an award for her work helping to deal with the aftermath of the US property crash and achieving sales to allow her the regular achievement of being presented with the award of Top Sales 1% in California and Hawaii.

Kate set up Index Property Information in 2012. She operates throughout the West Midlands, helping solicitors, conveyancers and estate agents by providing them with their searches for agricultural, residential and commercial orders.

She said of the award: “The award means a lot to me as a new business owner. The West Midlands is a large area to have taken on and we have already grown, and hiring more people. I am excited about the opportunities out there.”
