Due to launch this week, the new site reflects the fast growth of the business, having quickly become a recognised and trusted service provider within the legal market.
Whilst both usability and clarity for professionals were at the core of the development process, the team wanted the site to portray the key principles which underpin The Move Exchange, as well as what the business stands for.

Having recognised the hurdle this can be for firms and aiming to support conveyancers with the efficient management of new business, The Move Exchange provides professionals with a tailored Front of House service, designed to alleviate this pressure that many face on a daily basis.

The Move Exchange’s team has been trained in sales psychology by Professor Ian Cooper and have a proven track record of ensuring that an excellent service is provided to firms and their clients. The service aims to improve firms’ conversion rates where their staff do not have the training and/or capacity to deal with new enquiries.
As well as providing their own Front of House service, The Move Exchange pass on their experience to firms in the form of additional solutions which aim to improve customer service levels on an internal basis. The Mystery Shopping Service provides firms with valuable feedback on current call handling, as well as providing practical advice on how to improve.
