The law firm Shoosmiths have opened a new residential development practice in Manchester.
The fresh team, headed up by Tony Nutting and supported by conveyancers Laura-Louisa Betts and Emma Burns, will aim to offer end-to-end service for residential developers in the region.
It is hoped that the move will help the business cover greater sections of the UK, which is positive news for many of the UK’s major house-builders.

“It is exciting to be joining a team with such an incredible depth of expertise and with a clear vision for the future.

Currently, the national plot sales team deal with around 10,000 completions a year.
