Legal Eye launch Online Training Academy

Legal Eye, the expert providers of outsourced compliance services, are pleased to announce the launch of their new online training platform – Legal Eye Academy.

Created with the busy schedules and heavy caseloads of professionals in mind, the Academy is entirely flexible.  It can be a tailored online training system or deliver face to face bespoke training,  enabling users to build their knowledge and test their understanding of key risk and compliance areas.

Modules cover the full range of compulsory compliance training, as well as specialised subjects such as Vulnerable Clients, Cybercrime and the GDPR. The platform provides users with a personal portal where they can log in and track their individual progress. Follow up tasks and key questions enable users to test their knowledge along the way, and refresh any gaps in their understanding.

Paul Saunders, Managing Director of Legal Eye says “Legal Eye is constantly striving to balance the changing needs of firm’s requirements for the delivery of risk and compliance. The knowledge and experience we gain through working with a large variety of law firms means that we continually develop products to suit firms changing needs.”

Jody Evans, Director of Business Development at Legal Eye adds “Legal Eye Academy has been designed to fit around busy schedules, enabling users to easily update or refresh their understanding of key risk and compliance areas at a time to suit.  The platform can be adapted to suit the needs of the law firm, and is supported by administrative and reporting software to monitor training completion, and to chase up non completion where required.”

The launch of Legal Eye Academy comes swiftly after the introduction of Legal Eye’s complaints handling service, which provides law firms with assistance with their complaints process or fully outsourced complaints management.
