Lawyer Checker shortlisted for two awards!

After a brilliant first two quarters this year, with business output tripling on last year, Cheshire based Lawyer Checker continues to strive for the very best.

Still riding high from a win at last year’s Cheshire Business Awards’ glamorous ceremony held in the grand setting of Chester Cathedral’s nave, the team have done it again and been shortlisted for TWO awards in 2015!

Recognised nationally, the company is thrilled to have been acknowledged in its home county of Cheshire for a consecutive year. From a cold start up in 2012, Lawyer Checker is now the nationally recognised legal services brand known for its dedication to the protection of client money, and the prevention of fraud in conveyancing transactions.

Lawyer Checker helps law firms have the best possible information to hand when understanding where their client and lender funds are being transferred to. A pay as you go system, there are no barriers to entry and the service is available for all.

Looking forward to the ceremony in October, Operations Manager Stephen Vickers explains the awards reflect where the business is in 2015 well:

“To have Lawyer Checker acknowledged in the Innovation and Enterprise category is brilliant. The AES (Account and Entity) search is the leading light in ensuring that the conveyancing industry has the very best information to be equipped when making the decision to transfer funds with the firms COLP. We have seen an exponential increase in both use from retained clients and also a surge in new registrations since the beginning of the year.

“The website has been developed over the past 7 months to ensure that the delivery and effectiveness of the searches are optimised for users to get the very best service. Jenny Owen, Project Manager has been the main lead and instrumental in this, which is why she very much deserves her nomination in the Young Business Person of the Year category.

“We are very excited for October 2nd this year and look forward to making it a really good event for the team and all of their efforts throughout 2015.”
