Lawyer Checker are delighted to announce the two winners of our exclusive gift hamper giveaway just in time for Christmas.
The winners were chosen at random following our client survey to existing and non-users which we sent out in November. With over 250 responses received, we’d firstly like to say a big thank you to everyone who took part.
The winner from the existing user survey is Johanna Perring from Sturgess Perring Solicitors. In the existing user survey we asked clients to rate their overall experience with us out of 5. We’re hugely proud to have an overall experience score of 4.7 and will be using lots of the feedback to help further improve our user experience in 2021.
The winner from the non-user survey is Rhona Forster from Ince Metcalfes. In this survey it was interesting to find out that 50.6% of non-users did not know that Lawyer Checker integrates with the SRA for the purposes of notices and scam alerts and is the only solution that provides that kind of real-time data when sending money to law firms. Whilst 24.1% of non-users are aware that Lawyer Checker is used in 1 in 4 conveyancing transactions in England and Wales.
