Introducing Omnibox from SearchFlow
SearchFlow, the property intelligence specialists, today launches Omnibox, the intuitive property search bar that allows clients to quickly and easily locate land and property in a Google-style manner with minimal effort.
Combining industry-leading address, location and property services with Land Registry and Ordnance Survey data, Omnibox offers more ways to identify and accurately plot your searches than any other conveyancing service provider. And with background data that is continuously updated, plots and new builds are now easier to find than ever.
The tool, exclusive to SearchFlow clients, streamlines the conveyancing transaction by removing the first step in the order process, taking users directly to the map and allowing them to search for an address, view the auto-mapped boundary and edit details all on one screen.
Designed to save time, Omnibox intuitively predicts addresses as you type, automatically identifies whether a property is residential or commercial and reduces delays and queries by accurately locating properties up-front.
Omnibox allows users to search a range of data types, including: first line of address, postcode, town or village, grid reference coordinates, ordinance survey map reference and, uniquely to Omnibox, business name, title number and Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN).
Carole Marsden, UK Sales Director, comments: “We hold regular customer focus groups to understand how we can help to streamline and improve the conveyancing process. As a direct result of these sessions, we have developed Omnibox and are very excited to now be launching this to the market. SearchFlow is once again leading the way in innovation and I am incredibly proud of what we have achieved.”
SearchFlow clients can find out more about Omnibox by joining one of its January webinar sessions, downloading the user guide or speaking to an account manager.
