Index Property Information Confirms Webinar Series to Cover Residential and Commercial Leasehold Transactions

Index Property Information has announced a new series of ten, hour-long webinars focusing on residential and commercial leasehold transactions. 

The free sessions are suitable for any legal professional undertaking leasehold conveyancing and will examine a variety of common issues relating to residential and commercial leases, including how to provide best advice for clients.

Index has again teamed up with Ian Quayle, Chief Executive of IQ Legal Training who combines his 18 years’ experience of training legal professionals with an in-depth knowledge of the conveyancing process to deliver these engaging and informative sessions. Ian’s webinars are always popular and following delegate feedback, he has created this Leasehold series which these highly informative sessions will cover relevant case law plus ‘tips and traps’ and information on topics such as ‘dealing with difficult landlords’ to tenant friendly leases and other ideas.

Extensive notes will be provided to delegates and Ian will also be on hand to answer specific questions.
