InfoTrack has been awarded a hat-trick of accolades at Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2017 on Thursday evening, winning Service Provider of the Year, Search Provider of the Year, and Innovation of the Year. The awards demonstrate a genuine passion and determination of InfoTrack in developing and offering technology that evolves the conveyancing process. The Innovation of the Year award in particular is testament to the unique technology InfoTrack is driving, with their submission focused on the unique eCOS (electronic Contract Pack) tool that enables conveyancers to compile and send Property Information forms to clients and have them complete and sign, without printing a single piece of paper. Other noteworthy services recently added include the AP1 dashboard and requisition tool, which gives conveyancers a simple way to submit, manage and respond to requisitions.

With technology offerings like this, InfoTrack are seen as a tech firm committed to challenging processes, to the benefit of conveyancers across the UK.

Adam Bullion, General Manager of Marketing comments “The Modern Law Conveyancing awards are testament to a profession that is now rapidly adopting and applying smart technology that tackles efficiency demands. InfoTrack are focused on introducing services whereby key conveyancing tasks are made electronic, paperless and just more enjoyable. By bringing everything into one central location we make conveyancers day-to-day jobs less fragmented to genuinely save time. As always, we dedicate our award wins to our fantastic clients, who are always front of mind in everything we do.”

Since opening in the UK in July 2015, InfoTrack have quickly grown to over 650 active customers and continue to challenge and evolve the way conveyancing is performed.
