Groundsure achieves Legal Eye Quality Standard

Legal Eye, a subsidiary of ULS Technology is delighted to announce that Groundsure, the environmental search provider, is the first business of its kind to achieve the Legal Eye Quality Standard (LEQS).

The Legal Eye Quality Standard is the only assessment scheme which spans the three legal regulators i.e. the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA), Council of Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) and Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx).

Commenting on the achievement of the business was Malcolm Smith, Groundsure’s Commercial Director.

As well as highlighting the importance of compliance in the sector, he also drew attention to the hard work of the company, saying that obtaining the LEQS is clearly a testament to this.

“Compliance is a big deal for law firms and it seems only right that if you run a business that provides products and services to this sector that you also meet these strict requirements. We are delighted to be the only environmental search provider to have once again been awarded with the Legal Eye Quality Standard – this is a testament to the ethos of Groundsure which strives to reach the highest standards in all aspects of the business. This is the result of a lot of hard work from some amazing people at every level across the company. Throughout the process, the service and advice from Legal Eye proved to be second to none.”

Paul Saunders, Managing Director of Legal Eye congratulated Groundsure saying “Legal Eye has been working closely with the Groundsure team for a number of years and again this year they have achieved the Legal Eye Quality Standard through a combination of their commitment to quality and superior processes. We are delighted to award them LEQS.”
