GlobalX Awarded Cyber Essentials Plus Accreditation

As part of its ongoing commitment to adopting best practices, GlobalX has secured the Cyber Essentials Plus standard.

The Cyber Essentials scheme is a standard created by the UK Government that assesses a business’ cybersecurity capabilities and standards.

The scheme assesses the IT security controls that an organisation must have in place in order to have confidence that they are addressing cybersecurity effectively and mitigating the risk from Internet-based threats.

Mark Allwood CEO at GlobalX, commented:

“This accreditation acknowledges the work we have put in place, to protect not only our own business but that of our clients.

Cyber-attacks continue to be a threat to the legal sector, and as a trusted technology partner, we recognise our role in ensuring the safety of our clients’ data.

This independently certified accreditation acknowledges the work we do to protect our systems as well as the process and policies we have in place for the future.

Our commitment to cybersecurity extends beyond this scheme as we look to gain ISO status.
