Geodesys now offers the Law Society’s updated CON29DW

Following a consultation with the Law Society, the content of the CON29DW is being updated to reflect changes to legislation impacting the water industry.

Geodesys has now launched the enhanced CON29DW for the Anglian Water region along with the same updates to their COMMERCIALDW and COMMERCIALDW Plus products. This means that all Geodesys drainage and water searches now include new details on:

  • Private pumping stations
  • Sustainable drainage
  • Water hardness

As well as the content changes, the team are also pleased to announce that all Geodesys plans contained within the CON29DW and COMMERCIALDW are now be in colour with enhanced quality.

The updated CON29DW will be implemented by the other regional Water and Sewerage Companies over the coming month, with a view to all members of the Drainage and Water Searches Network using the updated CON29DW form by the 4 July 2016. This is when the Law Society launch their revised CON29 and CON29O forms.

Geodesys offers a full range of residential, commercial and compliance searches including environmental, Local Authority, drainage and water, flood, planning, chancel, anti-fraud and energy and infrastructure.
