Geodesys Consolidates Customer Service Function With Appointment Of New Team Manager
Geodesys – part of the Anglian Water Group and a leading provider of conveyancing searches for residential and commercial properties throughout England and Wales – has confirmed its focus on the delivery of excellent customer service by promoting Chelsea Sarath to Customer Services Team Manager.
Chelsea’s new role includes management of the Customer Services team who provide a wide range of conveyancing searches, as well as operational delivery of the CON29DW and CommercialDW searches for the Anglian Water area. As Manager, she will be pivotal in developing and nurturing the team as well as representing the department at management meetings ensuring that Customer Service feedback and performance remain at the heart of overall business operation.

After joining Geodesys in 2014 as a Customer Service Advisor, Chelsea’s commercial aptitude was soon recognised with promotion to a newly-created role of Sales Support Administrator in 2016. In addition to creating new processes and systems to increase efficiency and profitability, she worked closely with the Customer Services department to enhance training and communication between the two departments.
