ETSOS takes advantage of improving market

Conveyancing technology specialist ETSOS has reported sharp growth figures as the housing market continues to pick up.

March was its latest record month, processing nearly 10,000 transactions in total, split between search orders and quotations generated by its class-leading enquiry management tool, QRS. This represents a 40% uplift on the same period last year, with ETSOS also increasing its overall share of an improving market.

Managing director Phil Natusch comments: “Although recovery is proving a little stilted, these latest figures would seem to suggest that the general spirit of optimism is not misplaced. What’s particularly encouraging is the throughput we’re now seeing from the QRS – more and more conveyancing teams are taking a professional, managed and compliant approach to enquiry handling as they compete for business and we fully expect this more customer-centric outlook to drive transaction volumes to further record levels.”
