ESTAS launches New Free Tools To Help Conveyancer Clients

ESTAS the customer review and awards platform for conveyancers has introduced new free tools to help their clients through the challenge of the coming months.

Founder of The ESTAS Group, Simon Brown, said:

“As the property sector’s own review and awards platform we understand the effect this crisis will have on conveyancing firms. The next few months are going to be tougher than ever but it’s important that firms keep their brands on the public’s radar so that when we do get through this period they are in a strong position to take advantage of any upturn in the market. With working from home becoming the norm for most of us over the coming months a firm’s website has never been more important as a shop window, it’s critical websites generate engagement and displaying quality customer reviews is more important than ever in attracting new clients both now and when the market returns.”

Ben Marley, who recently joined ESTAS as Sales Director from review platform Feefo, added:

“To help our clients we have fast tracked two new tools which are available free of charge to existing firms for the rest of their subscriptions. Conveyancers can now benefit from their reviews being displayed on their website with our new ESTAS review integration widget and also generate Google reviews through their ESTAS reviews. With the addition of these free tools our offering provides incredible value in the market and can help firms reduce their costs whilst maintaining a customer review strategy”

Brown explains

“We want to give as much support as we can to help our conveyancer clients over the coming months. Like a lot of them we are a small independent business so we appreciate the pain firms will go through. Anything we can do to help we will!”
