DevAssist is pleased to reveal that it has been shortlisted for two awards at the prestigious Eclipse Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.
Striving to protect those involved in the property transaction process through the delivery of bespoke risk reports, DevAssist is delighted to be featured in two shortlists; both for the Innovation of the Year and Service Provider of the Year categories.
Their unique service aims to take the guesswork out of investigating a property location, providing all parties with a key insight into the surrounding area of a commercial or residential purchase before a commitment to buy is made. The reports give a detailed look into the future of a property, as well as the past and present, exposing threats from opportunity for development or existing planning applications.
