Which conveyancers made the most applications to Land Registry in June?

In June there were 245,869 applications to Land Registry compared with 210,814 in May and this growth in applications can be seen across all the large firms having a busy completions period in June.

For example Enact jumped from processing 4796 transactions per month up to 5511. Whilst Enact is believed to deal with both transactional and remortgage cases they are widely regarded as being a large remortgage processor.  Given that the British Bankers Association has reported that there were only about 21,000 remortgage approvals in June the number of applications processed by Enact was impressive.
Other organisations saw large jumps too.  Optima saw their figures rise from 3505 to 3835, and the large transactional organisation MyHomeMove jumped from 725 applications to 1134.
Whilst in May there were only 7475 firms making applications to Land Registry the number in June rose by 3.5% to 7740, the median firm still only making 9 applications and over 1000 firms only making one application.
