After a selection of Solicitors, Conveyancers, Estate Agents and other industry professionals were asked about their views on the property market for 2015, nearly 60% predicted growth in the industry with a view to there being more property transactions than the previous year, whilst over 30% thought the market would stay the same.
Stamp Duty changes in 2014 meant that property buyers would pay less Stamp Duty overall when buying a property– leading to over 56% of recipients feeling that the number of buyers coming to the market would increase in 2015.
