Safe Move achieve gold standard

Safe Move, a trading arm of Yorkshire Water, have recently been awarded Gold Investors in People (IIP) status, the highest IIP accreditation.
Investors in People look at business improvement, helping organisations to transform their performance through development of people.
Providing conveyancing searches in the Yorkshire area, Safe Move pride themselves on offering a “first class customer service”, something which Investors in People have obviously recognised in the Bradford based firm.
Only 47 organisations currently hold the Gold IIP status in Yorkshire, putting Safe Move in the top 1 per cent of IIP accredited companies in the United Kingdom.
Safe Move, as a team of 22 within Yorkshire Water,  worked with and utilised procedures and process of Yorkshire Water to ensure they could deliver the best outcomes for their team.
Victoria Farrell, Safe-Move Service Team Leader, commented:
" We have been working towards the Investors in People accreditation since 2007 and were successful in achieving a bronze award at our first assessment in 2009 and again in 2010.  To demonstrate our commitment to further develop, in January 2012, we were reassessed and are immensely proud to achieve Gold status. Normally companies work for years to progress through the standard, bronze, silver and gold awards so to go from initially achieving the standard to being recognised as eligible for Gold status is an incredible achievement and one I, and the whole team, are immensely proud of"
Well done Safe Move!
