Rowlinsons pick up more awards

Rowlinsons Solicitors recently picked up two awards at the Sunday Times Estate Agency of the Year Awards.

The solicitors practice took home the Gold Award for Best Large Conveyancer of the Year and Overall UK Conveyancer of the Year Award at the December awards.

Earlier in 2013 the Cheshire based firm was recognised at the Liverpool Law Society Awards when its Property Department also secured the Property Team of the Year title.

Rowlinsons co-director Tom Parkinson, who is also Head of Residential Property at the firm, picked up the Sunday Times awards at the event in London’s Lancaster Hotel.

He said: "At the start of 2013 we didn’t set our sights on winning these awards. We simply wanted to ensure that we continued to prosper throughout the difficult economic climate and hence concentrated our efforts on improving the way we operate, enhancing the already high levels of client care which we deliver and increasing the levels and methods of communication that we can offer to clients.

“We are however honoured to have been recognised twice at the Sunday Times Estate Agency Awards for our conveyancing services. As Head of the Residential Property team I am particularly proud of the team’s achievement which is thoroughly deserved as it is a just reward for all of the hard work and effort which they have given over the course of the last year.”

The most recent awards capped a successful 2013 for Rowlinsons who also won at the Law Society’s National Excellence Awards in London in October when they received the Lexcel Award for Excellence in Practice Management in recognition of its commitment to the Lexcel practice management standard.
