Partnership seeks to challenge legal landscape

Peppermint Technology and Brilliant Law, have announced that they will be working together with the aim of changing the landscape of legal services.

Brilliant Law, the first law firm to have a corporate structure led by non-solicitors, will be using the Peppermint Platform software to help deliver legal services.

Peppermint is one of first major new entrants to enter the legal technology arena in the last decade, and has already attracted several key clients.

Brilliant Law will run multiple branded services on the Peppermint Platform, serving fixed-price packages for start-ups and SMEs.

The Platform environment gives management full control of the business via a sophisticated, but simple, management dashboard.

Brilliant Law, CEO, Matthew Briggs said: “We considered a range of traditional legal software systems and struggled to find a solution that would support our modern and innovative business.

“Once we saw what the Peppermint Platform could offer us, there was no competition.

“Increasingly clients are demanding more for less and only those firms who build their operation around appropriate technology, like Peppermint, will survive and thrive”
