Pannone LLP launches connect2searches

Pannone LLP has launched connect2searches, a conveyancing report ordering website, for Connect2Law.  It will allow all conveyancing searches to be accessed from one place.
Pannone LLP founded Connect2Law which is described on its website as being ‘The UK’s leading legal referral and support network, operated by law firms for law firms.’  Connect2Law allows firms to pass on work to a ‘hub’ whereby advice on a specific area of law can be offered by another member.
Pannone LLP has chosen the Landmark Information Group, the UK’s leading supplier of digital mapping services, property and environmental risk information, as its technology partner for the project.
The service provides the following key features:
Intuitive product selection page using a simple "click and buy" approach
Minimal ordering screens, ensuring an efficient ordering process
Address verification which automatically updates the address to the latest site you have selected
The latest colour mapping from Ordnance Survey
Claire Smith, Partner from Pannone LLP has commented:
"We are thrilled to be launching connect2searches.co.uk which provides the Connect2Law network with access to the widest range of residential and commercial conveyancing searches. The new service provides solicitors with straight-forward, hassle-free access to all the necessary conveyancing searches, such as Official Local Authority, Personal, Coal, Environmental, Brine, Tin and Land Registry searches and EPCs,  delivering real choice as well as value for money for our members."
James Sherwood-Rogers, Managing Director of Landmark UK Property, Landmark Information Group, said:
"We are delighted to have been selected as the preferred technology partner for Pannones’ new service, which is the first of its kind.  Conducting conveyancing searches can often be a time consuming exercise, particularly when obtaining searches from a number of different sources.  Connect2searches.co.uk dramatically reduces the time and, consequently, money spent on obtaining all the required information. We look forward to providing Connect2Law member firms with access to searches, mapping and search alerts, in one place from a range of well-known search providers backed up by our renowned customer service.”
