Advantage Property Lawyers has been acquired by My Home Move.
Well known as the country’s largest independent provider of mover conveyancing services, My Home Move has now acquired Leeds-based Advantage Property Lawyers (APL). Having also received high praise within the industry, APL is recognised for its high-quality service and has numerous industry awards to demonstrate its achievements.
With the potential to deliver up to 100,000 completions each year, the businesses will together employ almost 1,000 people.
Commenting on the acquisition was Doug Crawford. The CEO of My Home Move commented on the relationship between the two firms and how their individual strengths can be brought together to benefit them both.

Established nine years ago in Leeds, APL’s values have been likened to those of My Home Move. Using a customer-centred approach, the firm has grown to become the UK’s sixth biggest conveyancing firm, completing a monthly total of 900 sale and purchase transactions. Through its Panel Management service, My Home Move has worked parallel to APL for several years and is familiar with its approach to conveyancing as well as the people and practices of the firm.
