Legal & General Mortgage Club, have today made the announcement that they are to expand their Conveyancing Service offering with the launch of Legal & General Conveyancing Services. The launch sees the service offering two conveyancing options both of which can provide a bespoke solution to brokers for all of their conveyancing needs.
Legal & General Solutions which is supported by BM Conveyancing and powered by the heavyweight parent of eConveyancer; ULS Technology PLC, will be offered alongside Premier Property Lawyers.

The two options will each provide:
- A ‘no completion, no legal fee guarantee’ – thus should an instruction not complete, no legal fees will be charged.
- A service which is digitally optimised – online case tracking and quotation tools which mean both brokers and clients are kept informed.
- Seven-day helpdesk assistance which is open in the evenings also.
- A dedicated conveyancer as sole point of contact from start to finish – single point case management.
More than 200 solicitor firms to choose from:
A nationwide panel of more than 200 solicitor firms will be available to brokers by virtue of their engagement with Legal & General Solutions. This will allow brokers to compare the options based on price, location and rating.
