Leeds law firm’s Chapel Allerton branch builds on 2 years of success

The Chapel Allerton branch of Ison Harrison, the Leeds law firm, is celebrating two years of successful operation and has recently completed its nine hundredth conveyancing instruction.

The branch has also just taken on its newest addition to the team following the transfer of Amber Walker, a conveyancing assistant, who has moved across to the branch from the firm’s head office in Leeds.

Chapel Allerton is one of the most desirable and sought after residential and commercial areas in Leeds and Ison Harrison’s ideally placed Harrogate Road branch has been one of the firm’s busiest branches outside of the city centre, specialising in residential conveyancing amongst other areas of law. There are currently ten branches across the city.

Branch Manager, Rebecca Austin, commented: “Chapel Allerton has firmly established itself as one of the places to be in Leeds and is popular with residents and businesses alike. There is a booming business and social scene and its success mirrors that of Leeds city centre, featuring successful chain restaurants, cafes and bars as well as independent businesses and a thriving entrepreneurial feel. The team here has an unrivalled local knowledge as well as expert legal experience and as such is perfectly placed to provide a comprehensive service.

“Chapel Allerton has definitely shaped its own identity but retains a local feel and Ison Harrison’s office in the heart of the community has become increasingly more important in the busy network of prospering businesses. This has helped us to grow and expand as a business too as the demand for a wider range of legal expertise is called for.”

The branch also supports local community events in Chapel Allerton such as the annual Chapel Allerton Arts Festival.

Managing Partner Jonathan Wearing said: “Like all our branches around West Yorkshire, our Chapel Allerton staff have a wide and varied knowledge but specialise in the key personal legal areas of conveyancing, wills and family law. We can also call upon city centre staff who are leading experts in all areas of law, be it personal injury, criminal law, employment advice or professional negligence. We’ve had a very successful two years in Chapel Allerton and have seen the team and the reputation of the firm grow very quickly and we look forward to continued success.”
