Leading law firm helping other solicitors to get connected through new service

Buckles Solicitors LLP have launched a new bespoke service to allow other law firms and professionals, locally and across the UK, to tap into its niche legal offerings.

BUCKLESconnect offers a free support network providing access to legal expertise in specialist areas, such as will & trust disputes, planning and French and Spanish property law, that many law firms may be unable to offer their clients themselves.

This referral network operates on a membership basis where independent firms can refer cases for their clients to BUCKLESconnect, without fear of losing them to a competitor and receive a referral fee.

Heading up the exciting new service – which will operate from Buckles’ offices in Peterborough, Stamford and Nottingham – is Buckles Partner, Duncan Jackson.

He explained: “It may be that the referring firm cannot deal with the matter because there is a conflict, or it falls outside of normal areas of expertise.

“In those instances, BUCKLESconnect will provide expert advice along with the same first-class, professional service we provide all our own clients.

“This may be a client who needs legal advice about a property they have in France or Spain – as we have in-house lawyers fluent in both languages here at Buckles – or perhaps a contentious probate issue, offering specialist advice on the options to challenge a will.”

Duncan added: “Of course, we respect the relationship the other law firm will have with a client and have robust systems in place to ensure that we will not contact any referred clients directly or indirectly.”

Membership to BUCKLESconnect is free of charge to join and provides access to a variety of additional member benefits, including free or discounted training opportunities.

Details about the scheme are available online at the link above or by contacting Duncan Jackson 0330 123 4423 or emailing bucklesconnect@buckles-law.co.uk
