The latest release within The Law Society Insights Community is calling for conveyancers to share their experience of Buildmark and the activation process.
Having launched in January 2014, The Law Society view the Insights Community discussions to be an integral communication source between legal professionals and the society. It has since proven an effective way to gain the true insight into products and services within the legal industry, allowing The Law Society to improve and develop service provision within multiple sectors.
For the latest survey, The Law Society are working in conjunction with the NHBC on the Buildmark private housing warranty and insurance cover. This has been set up with an aim to receive input from conveyancers on how they perceive the processes involved within Buildmark and seek ways to formulate improvements.
In order to take part in any of the Insight surveys, those who are members of The Law Society may join the community panel. This will allow members to take part in the 12 annual research studies as well as the additional polls that are released throughout the year. Those who join the panel will also be given access to the research data before other members of The Law Society.
