Land Registry shortlisted for customer service awards

They have been shortlisted in two categories in the UK Customer Satisfaction Awards 2013.

The awards are judged by industry experts, business leaders and academics and recognise organisations and individuals that have implemented successful customer service strategies.

The winners of the 2013 Awards will be announced on 26 February 2013.

The first category is for the ABa Quality Monitoring Customer Focus Award Large Enterprise.

This award is open organisations with a turnover in excess of £10m that has placed the customer at the centre of its operations and strategies.

Other finalists in this category are Boots, E.ON UK, Homebase, Lloyds TSB Offshore and Simplyhealth.

The second category is for the Leadership Factor Best Customer Satisfaction Strategy Award.

This award is open to any organisation that has developed a strategy that has measurably improved its customer satisfaction rating.

Other finalists in this category are Boots, Bottomline Technologies, CV-Library, ScotRail and Scottish Water.
