High end estate agent to launch private conveyancing hub

Hamptons International are to launch their own private conveyancing hub with Countrywide.

The hub will aim to reduce completion times and work closely with Hamptons branches across Buckinghamshire and Hampshire by Autumn 2016.

London branches of Hamptons are expected to follow “in due course”.

Hamptons International say the hub will operate under a Head of Legal who will be supported by a dedicated team of knowledgeable property lawyers. All will have considerable local expertise in order to best advise and handle the legal process of each transaction.

The scheduled launch of the hub, outside of their main operation, is part of Countrywide plc’s Building our Future strategy and expands on the existing Group Conveyancing service by catering specifically to premium clients and their individual needs. Hamptons believe a high street location will allow clients to build direct relationships with their appointed property lawyer while use of the very latest technology and software will enable customers to track the status of their transaction at any time.

Nick Hughes, Managing Director for Hamptons International said: “The launch of a dedicated regional Private Conveyancing hub for Hamptons is a really exciting step for us. It reflects the requirements of our customers who are looking for an accessible and tailored Conveyancing facility from a highly experienced team of property lawyers. We’ve already met with a number of strong candidates and welcome hearing from others interested in the opportunity to be part of a newly launched service within the Countrywide group.”
