Bury-based law firm, Clough and Willis, have opened up a new branch office in Bolton.
The Greater Manchester firm say the branch will offer a range of services including “Commercial & Residential Property, Employment, Personal Injury and Family Law as well as Wills, Trusts and Probate.”
The new office is situated in the former offices of the long-established Wells Law Partnership, which ceased trading in September after partner David Wells retired. Clough and Wills took over the lease and agreed to continue storing the previous firm’s deeds, wills and old files, subject to client consent.
Shefali Talukdar, Managing Partner of Clough & Willis said: “We have been thinking about opening a full-time office in Bolton for a number of years as many of our clients are from the town and its surrounding areas.
“We knew it would be make good business sense, but we wanted to make sure the timing was right. Shefali added: This is an exciting step for the firm and I’m sure it will really help us to further establish the Clough & Willis name across the region.”
The new office’s address is 58 Market Street, Little Lever, Bolton, BL3 1HN.
