First Time Buyer readers’ Award for Wakefield law firm

First Time Buyer readers voted Wakefield based law firm, Beaumont Legal, the UK’s best conveyancing law firm.

Beaumont Legal saw off competition from four other UK law firms who were shortlisted by a panel of property industry judges.  Readers of the magazine then voted based on who they felt provided the best conveyancing service to first time buyers.
Beaumont Legal, who are in the top 25 firms carrying out conveyancing, according to figures released by the Land Registry last month, were commended for their “tailored service to first time buyers”.
Television presenter, Nicki Chapman, hosted the awards which recognise the top businesses across the UK providing property services for first time buyers.
Nick Masheder, Partner and Head of Conveyancing at Beaumont Legal commented:
“We understand that conveyancing can sometimes be confusing, especially for first time buyers, which is why we have a tailored service specifically for them. As well as a no completion no legal fee offer, we also have trained advisors every step of the way to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms.
“It’s great to be recognised for our bespoke services which is testament to the hard work from our entire team. We’re currently Yorkshire’s number one firm for conveyancing and have ambitious growth plans to be the UK’s number one volume provider within the next three years by continuing to offer our quality and personal service regardless of location.”
First Time Buyer Editor, Lynda Clark, said:
“First time buyers are extremely important to the housing market and these awards celebrate all the achievements and hard work that has been put into finding people the security of owning their own home. When we first launched First Time Buyer magazine there was nowhere for would-be buyers to turn to for information, help and advice to get a foot on the ladder. We have bridged that gap and it is good to see many positive steps from the government, housing associations, private developers and law firms to help more and more first timers to buy their dream home.”
