Expanding Property Law Firm Seeks New Recruits

One of the UK’s leading conveyancing firms will host a recruitment evening on June 26th in Daventry in a bid to find property lawyers, case managers and graduates seeking a career in conveyancing.

Ashley King, Chief Executive of Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers is looking for new talent able to take on the challenges of the fast-paced world of conveyancing, with a desire to develop professionally within the company and the ability to help meet the increasing demand for conveyancing services.

Simply say that new recruits will be able to take advantage of a competitive salary with monthly bonuses and staff benefit schemes including a pension.

“The past 12 months have been exhilarating — we’ve grown massively and have had to move offices to house the extra staff we’ve taken on” says Mr King. “We have filled 10,000 square feet with people in 6 months and have plans to expand further. We’re calling anyone who wants to work with one of the best property law firms in the country to come along and meet some of our team.”

To give you an idea of our recent growth, during May this year we beat three of our own records since we started trading 12 years ago with the best ever month for new instructions, the best ever month for exchanges and a pipeline at an all-time record high. Anyone who we recruit will become part of an outstanding team of people who are passionate about achieved results.”

Simply Conveyancing Property Lawyers have also recently applied for accreditation from the CLC to provide in-house training. Plans are afoot to set up a training academy for law graduates fresh out of university who want to become qualified property lawyers.

Speaking about the Academy, Mr King continued “Our Training Academy will teach the CLC syllabus and we will have our own in-house CPD trainer. I am also passionate about helping those already within our company to develop their careers and we have ongoing strategies to offer internal progression opportunities; some of our best property lawyers started with us as case managers. There is huge benefit in ‘home-growing’ your own staff. It is essential to invest at grass roots level and we are reaping the results of doing so.”

To receive an invitation for the recruitment evening, or if you can’t attend but would still like to apply, email your CV to recruitment@simplypropertylawyers.co.uk
