Marketing for conveyancers

Dudley Building Society selects LMS as Conveyancing Services Partner

Dudley Building Society has appointed Legal Marketing Services (LMS) to provide conveyancing services for the fees assisted and referral services. The partnership commences on the 18th May 2015.

The move will see LMS, which has 25 years’ experience in the field, supporting the Dudley in its commitment to offer clients the highest possible level of service while also offering attractive mortgage products for borrowers in both the fees-assisted and fee-paying markets.

The new service will also allow clients, brokers and packaging partners to track their cases online.

Jonathan Moore, Head of Credit at the Society, said:

“Having met with LMS and discussed its proposition in detail, I am confident that this new relationship will allow the Society to improve its own service and result in further improvements to turnaround times, while also assisting with its control of risk. The partnership will also enable the Society to develop products which it has not previously provided – the first of which will be released shortly &ndash providing exciting new opportunities for our packager partners to work with the Society.”

Huw Lewis, Sales and Marketing Director at LMS, commented:

“We are delighted to announce that we will be providing conveyancing services for the Dudley Building Society and its members. The Dudley is committed to offering clients the highest possible level of service combined with attractive products; we look forward to building a long term and growing relationship with them through the provision of conveyancing services for mortgage applicants in both the fees assisted and referral markets. We are very pleased to be expanding further into the building society sector.”
